What to expect

Day 1 — Arrival in Tokyo. Your MedNova concierge meets you at Haneda / Narita arrivals; private chauffeur to a five-star hotel in Ginza or Shinjuku; welcome dinner and trip briefing. Departing from Shanghai? Round-trip business-class flights are included in the package; joining from other cities, fly into Tokyo and we take it from the airport.

Day 2 — Precision check-up. 70+ item screening at a leading diagnostic centre: PET-CT, full tumor-marker panel, cardiovascular and endocrine assessment, with a medical interpreter throughout.

Day 3 — Anti-aging therapy. Specialist consultation and personalised plan: high-dose Vitamin C IV / NAD+ (per plan); private onsen afternoon; Ginza evening.

Day 4 — Report review & culture. One-on-one specialist walkthrough of your results with interpreter; long-term health plan; tea ceremony, flower arrangement or kimono stroll; farewell dinner.

Day 5 — Return. Private transfer to the airport; 3–6 months of post-trip follow-up with your health advisor.

Good to know

Package includes the check-up, 1–2 anti-aging IV sessions, four nights five-star accommodation, private chauffeur, medical interpreter, premium dining (2–3 Michelin-starred meals), one cultural experience, and overseas medical + travel insurance. Round-trip business-class flights Shanghai–Tokyo are included for guests departing Shanghai; flights from other cities are booked separately (we can arrange them at cost). Not included: personal expenses, additional medical treatment, single-room supplement, and force-majeure costs. If findings need treatment, MedNova coordinates follow-up at top hospitals in Japan or China.
