Torso
Waist and abdomen, "ab-line" definition sculpting, flanks (love handles / "mum hip"), lower back, lower abdomen, upper abdomen, back (thick back, the roll above the bra line), buttock shaping, and upper-buttock hollow filling (using the fat that was removed).
Legs
Inner thigh, outer thigh (saddlebags / "false hip width"), front thigh, inner knee, calf, and the gluteal fold.
⚠️ Calves must first be assessed as fat-type vs muscle-type: when the bulk is muscle, liposuction offers limited improvement. The surgeon makes this call at consultation.
Arms
Upper-arm "bat wings", outer shoulder, and axillary fullness (accessory breast).
Note on axillary fullness: liposuction works for the fat type; the glandular type cannot be solved by liposuction — the two must be distinguished at consultation.
Face & neck (fine sculpting)
Double chin, jawline border, cheeks, outer apple-cheek area, and the platysmal fat pad.
About the devices
The partner clinic operates three energy-assisted liposuction systems (gold micro-sculpt, angel light-sculpt, diamond precision-sculpt). Pre-op preparation and aftercare are identical across all three. The clinic's own material is blunt on this point: the surgeon's skill decides the result, not the machine model — the best device still gives a poor result in unskilled hands.
